Sauvignon Blanc Smaragd 2006

A Sauvignon of epic proportions. The palate is powerful and complex with amazing fruit richness. The finish is very long.

Grüner Veltliner Loibnerberg Smaragd 2006

Layers of generous apricot fruit, nice minerality and a creamy finish give great depth to this excellent Grüner.

Riesling Hollerin Smaragd 2006

Rich and taut on the palate with broad floral flavours and a touch of white pepper on the finish.

Weingut Stadt Krems

Weingut Stadt Krems (a cooperative) is one of the oldest wine-producers in Austria. It manages vineyards which have been collectively owned by the city of Krems for over 550 years. They cultivate 30 hectares of vineyard, situated on the best terraced locations. In 2003, dynamic winemaker Fritz Miesbauer arrived from FWW (Austria's leading cooperative in the Wachau) and looks set to raise the already high standards.

Grüner Veltliner 2006

Spicy wine with grassy aromas on the nose. The palate has an almost savoury character with ripe fruit and fine acidity. The finish is balanced and harmonious.
