Asagiri Wine Company, Asagiri

Made by Denis Dubourdieu, this Japanese white wine is made from the indigenous Koshu grape, grown entirely in Japan, with the summit of Mt Fuji providing a beautiful backdrop. It is the first Japanese wine made from 100% Koshu grapes to be introduced internationally.

White

Koshu Cuvee Denis Dubourdieu 2006

Translucent pale-green in colour. A delicate balance of citrus, grapefruit and green apple with hints of pear. The palate is soft, round and well-balanced, with a clean finish.
