This tiny 1 hectare estate in Penedès was established in by former sommelier Enric Soler. He set out to make the best Xarel-lo in the world and we think he has done it. No expense is spared in the production - his vines average 60 years old and he ferments in tiny oak barrels. The wine is amazing and the price is reassuringly expensive.
