Bàrbara Forés, Terra Alta

Benefitting from the cooling effect of the Mediterranean and with much needed rainfall attracted by the nearby Serra de Cavalls mountains, the Terra Alta provides a sweet spot for the 19 ha. of vineyards owned by Celler Bàrbara Forés. The first Bàrbara Forés was born in 1828 and passed on the art of wine-making to her son Rafael. Generations later the family tradition continues to thrive.
