Many generations of the Bortolomiol family have lived and loved in these sunny hills since the time of their ancestor Bartolomeo in 1760. It was Giuliano, however who founded the modern sparkling wine producing estate in 1949. Today his four daughters, helped by the experience of their mother Ottaria, run the Valdobbiadene cellar and are determined to continue their mission: to respect ancient culture and tradition, yet produce the most elegant and satisfying glass of Prosecco possible.
