Domaine des Beaumonts, Côte de Nuits

Thierry Beaumont and his wife Sylvie have run this 4ha. estate since the end of the 1980's. They used to sell all their wines to a local co-operative but they decided in 1998 that the quality was high enough to bottle and label the wines themselves - they haven't looked back since! Their wines are from the new-school of Burgundian thought - pure, fruit-forward and eminently drinkable even when young.
