Domaine Cédrick Bardin, Pouilly-Fumé

Cedrick's mother is from Sancerre and his father is from Pouilly-Fumé - luckily he makes wine in both appellations to keep everyone happy! He now has 11ha. of vineyard on either side of the river Cher. His terroir-driven wines are rich and very aromatic.
