Billecart-Salmon

The house of Billecart-Salmon was established in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart and remains in the family to this day. Unlike many other houses, they source most of their grapes from their own vineyards. This ensures that the family has maximum control at every stage of production which ensures the extraordinary quality. Billecart-Salmon is renowned for its delicate rosé, while the Brut Réserve (a blend of three vintages) is a beautifully harmonious wine. All have the ability to age very well.
