Situated between two Grands Crus – Clos de la Roche and Laticière-Chambertin and gives a wonderful compact, chiselled and precise expression of Pinot Noir.

From vines over 45 years old, this is closer to a 1er cru with a deep, fruity and lush expression of Gervrey.

Powerful with a ‘firm constitution’ is a good way to describe the structured fruit of these wines.

A richer, more structured wine than “les Ruchots”. The vines are very old and the site is just below Clos St Denis. This vineyard has great pedigree and the wines are capable of entended ageing but still retain the charm which is characteristic of the estate.

The most elegant and feminine of Thierry’s Morey’s. 2005 was a great success at Beaumonts and re-tasting the wines, we have found it to be dense and serious as well as appealing.
